ELIZABETH CHONG AM is one of the most loved and enduring personalities within the Australian food industry. She is dedicated to breaking down the barriers between those of different cultural backgrounds, and ensuring the intricacies of Chinese Cuisine are understood and appreciated by everyone. Elizabeth has written 8 books and taught over 35,000 students in her cooking school. Through extensive writing, travelling, touring and TV appearances she conveys her message in an honest, energetic and eloquent manner. Elizabeth is currently working on her memoir.
