Nick is an experienced accountant working as the finance manager at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House (MoAD). He has lead major modernisation projects at MoAD including improving financial processes and implementing online ticketing and visitor management systems.
Prior to joining MoAD in 2016, he spent a decade working in governance and finance roles across the government and private industry. Nick is a member of the Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and holds a Certificate in Government (CIT), Graduate Certificate in Psychological Studies (ANU) and Bachelor of Commerce (ANU).
He has received numerous awards, including the 2014 Australia Day Governor General’s Achievement Award for his contribution to the ‘Family Picnic Day Task Force’, which produced the largest community event ever held at Government House. He has also received the 2016 & 2017 Museum Director’s Achievement Award for his contributions to digitalising financial and business processes and in the establishment of a retail offering at MoAD.
