Available roles
Venue Host
Coordinate volunteer teams, assign roles and provide guidance to maintain efficient venue operations.
Front of House / Customer Assistant
Welcome festival attendees and provide friendly assistance with directions, schedules and venue information.
Green Room Assistant
Greet authors and artists upon arrival and provide information regarding schedules, facilities and event logistics.
Artist Driver
Safely transport authors and artists between venues, accommodation and designated locations. Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs in accordance with festival schedules and event requirements.
Venue Assistant / Runner
Support event logistics by delivering items to performers, staff and vendors as requested. Work closely with venue coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day venue operations.
Author Book Signings
Assist in coordinating book signing sessions to ensure a smooth and organised experience for authors and attendees. Manage attendee queues and maintain an orderly flow during book signing events.
